1. Consultations (digital service)
Appointments and e-prescriptions are digital services delivered instantly in the app after booking and consultation. Nothing is shipped.
2. Pharmacy medicines
Medicines are dispensed in person at the clinic pharmacy immediately after the doctor's consultation. By default we do not ship medicines. Where a clinic offers home delivery, the pharmacist will confirm the delivery area, charges and timeline before you pay, and delivery will generally be completed within 1-3 working days.
3. Prescription requirement
Prescription-only medicines are issued only against a valid prescription.
4. Damaged or wrong items
Please check your medicines at the counter or on delivery. For problems see the Refund & Cancellation Policy or contact support@vaidshivkumarsirhind.com.
